At UNIQSO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and lens purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened condition with all factory seals intact to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
